Medicals
As part of your Private Pilots Licence you are required to gain and maintain a Class 2 medical.

We host regular AME (Air Medical Examiner) clinics here at Cambridge aero Club and are also well served by other local examiners.
Whilst PPL holders and student pilots only need a Class 2 local AMEs offer a range of services:

How to register
As part of the CAA's (Civil Aviation Authority) online customer portal, 'Cellma' is the online medical records system.
Applicants need to have registered via their CAA portal account prior to their appointment with an AME.
Sign up for the CELLMA Medicals Portal:

On the main dashboard of your account click on ‘Your Services’

Click on the ‘Medical’ link and fill in the registration page. Once submitted, your registration is sent to the CAA for approval, this can take up to 10 working days.

Once approved you will receive an email stating that you now have access to the Medical service, you can now login and complete the Medical Form and book an appointment with an AME.
