Aircraft Ownership – Hire Proposal
Have you ever considered buying an aircraft? Would you then consider hiring it back to the Aero Club when you weren’t using it? This way you would retain ownership and control, both of which you relinquish if you were to form a group, but you have the advantage of being able to subsidise your operating costs.
The type of aircraft that would be most useful to the Aero Club are Cessna 172s and Cessna 150/152s but also to a lesser extent anything at all that members would just like to try for a few hours including tail wheel types. Cambridge Aero Club would be happy to assist in sourcing such an aircraft for you.
